Workshop Enrollment & Cancellation Policy

Our workshops are intentionally small to create space for genuine connection and focused creative work. Once you’ve registered, we’re counting on your presence—your registration confirms your commitment.

Cancellations:

• Withdraw more than 2 months before the start of class: receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.

• Withdraw 2 months or less before the start of class: unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund.

• Please note that we can’t be responsible for cancellations due to medical emergencies.

We ask that you wait to book travel until we confirm that the workshop will run. Most classes require a minimum of six participants (unless otherwise noted). If enrollment falls short, the workshop will be canceled and all payments refunded in full. You’ll be notified at least one month in advance if this happens.

We’re unable to reimburse non-refundable travel expenses; our responsibility is limited to refunding workshop fees.

Each workshop welcomes no more than 10 participants, allowing for plenty of individual attention and time to create.
