CAESURA

The search for support and meaning is one of the things that defines us human. In these images I explore the ways we find solace and the things and the people that sustain us, in both literal and figurative ways. As I was editing the images, in lockdown and isolated from friends, a time of interruption and pause, I kept returning to this idea of tethering, what anchors us and keeps us stable yet ultimately enables us to fly.
These images are printed as archive pigment prints, in editions of 10 at 16 x 20 and 5 at 24 x 30
